Wednesday evenings, 7.30- 9.00pm
Cost: £6 per session (classes are run on a drop-in basis)

Classes are informal and friendly. The yoga tradition is called Dru Yoga, a gentle flowing style, which is suitable for most abilities. Modifications, alternatives or yoga equipment are offered in order to help people achieve a particular exercise or yoga posture. Please bear in mind you don’t have to be flexible to start a yoga class. Flexibility comes with practice!
Sessions may include the following:
- Gentle warm-ups to music
- Traditional yoga postures
- Unique flowing sequences
- Better known sequences such as Sun Sequence and Moon Sequence
- Pranayama: simple breathing techniques to calm the mind and improve breathing patterns
Blankets, straps, yoga blocks/bricks are provided but please bring your own mat and small pillow.
